If a black satin finish is required this would suit.  A Ferrophos layer is typically 5 -10 micronmetres thick, imparts anti-corrosion and heat resistance properties, and it has a good abrasive resistance (power tools don’t chip it).  Being inexpensive it becomes ideal for a cosmetic finish on all those little jobs needing to look professional.  We are able to process many different types of material including, mild steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, wood, plastic, and much more which can all be given this aesthetic black satin finish.

One definite advantage is the article can be coated when assembled and will not lock up as does with powder coat.

Our process can spray paint practically any items brought by the clients e.g. springs, screw heads, bolt heads, pins, etc. to match whatever background.  The paint can be client provided or we can provide.  The end products are durable and aesthetic.

Molybond is a dry lubricant with many applications, which is bonded and coated onto the surface of metals.  It’s application, for example, on stainless steel bolts and nuts will stop the galling which saves cutting bolts during disassembly.  Molybond can be coated on steel, brass, aluminum and stainless steel.  Being corrosion-resistant, components coated with molybond are able to withstand 500+ hours of salt spray, making molybond ideal for adverse conditions.
